So Annie just started her blog today and because we are doing this together I'm going to 'start over' ... Even though you could say that my first start was pretty weak.
So today is July 27, 2009 and it's day one of my journy to a better, healthier me. When I have a few more minutes I am going to add my goals and current state. And if we're lucky I'll add a photo:P.
